DR. LIBY HAS A MARVELOUS CHAIR SIDE MANNER . HIS RECEPTIONIST/ASSISTANT IS VERY PLEASANT AND KNOWLEGEBLE.HE 'S GREAT FOR ROUTINE CHECKS AND BASIC CARE. BUT WILL REFER OUT ALOT FOR ANY WORK THATS AT ALL COMPLICATED.
