I spoke with Nicole on the phone about an issue I had and she was super understandable and so helpful. She was very reassuring and making me feel heard, while resolving the problem asap and checking in. Thank you so much!
I've been reaching out for weeks to try and straighten up one my accounts. I am now getting extremely annoyed nothing has been done and despite asking multiple times for a meeting, I have yet to be given a time. I'm about to pull all my accounts from libro unless this is sorted out.
Great service and friendly staff
Hanu was very nice, with fast service.
