I had a meeting with Heather Bilton to set up a line of credit and as someone who gets overwhelmed with money talk she made the entire experience super easy. She was patient with me and answered all the questions I had and kept it very low stress. She explained everything in a manner I could easily understand. Heather is super easy to talk to and personable, and I would highly recommend her anyone needing assistance at Libro.
Moving our banking to Libro has been an absolute blessing! Melissa and the team at the London West location have been very helpful and supportive of our financial needs. When we go to the branch to take care of our banking we are always welcomed with a warm greeting and smile. A much more positive experience than banking with the big banks for sure!
