The old property manager, Kayla, was very sweet and a pleasure to deal with. I toured with her in December and was ready to sign, but a job change occurred so I held off. She offered me a move in credit if I signed. The new property manager, Chanel, is very corporate, by the books, and passive aggressive. The complete opposite of Kayla. She refused to honor the move in credit that Kayla offered me and has a take it or leave it approach. I do not recommend living here. This building used to be worth the price of a luxury apartment, but has gone drastically downhill over time. The after hours maintenance number rarely ever gets answered, my AC, heat and power have gone out more times than I can count, water has leaked in through my kitchen ceiling and lightbulbs (which was never treated for mold, even after my concerns were voiced), water has seeped through the floorboards in my laundry room and similarly was never treated for potential mold, the pool wasnt e... read more
I had such a great tour with Layne! He was engaging, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. He answered every question I had right away and shared thoughtful insights that gave me a lot to think about. I have lived at Library Park for a little over a year. Let me start with.. it’s a beautiful property, with AMAZING amenities including pet washing stations, a private pool with a great club house and an above average gym with Top Tier equipment. I have been through a few management changes which is expected to be a little rocky however nothing that has not been addressed or corrected. The current team is very attentive and accommodating.
