Overall: So far, it's been a good experience. A couple hiccups here and there with the leasing process but Abbey was quick and responsive. Whenever I brought up questions or concerns, she would provide next steps or take care of it right then and there. The place is very nice and the provided appliances for the kitchen are very up to date. The apartments are clean and not run down.
I lived at Library Park for 14 months. When I first moved in, it seemed like a great place to live. However, no one explained that there were two other elevators that could be used, which made navigating the building confusing until I eventually figured it out on my own. Within the first four months, the property went through several different employees, managers, and property companies.
