10/10 apartment homes and resident experience!
We recently moved out of Library Park Apartments, and our experience really showed the contrast between the old management and the new. When we first moved in, management was excellent—responsive, attentive, and genuinely cared about the residents. A special thanks to Jordan, Seth, and Chelsea (though they’re no longer there) for setting the standard so high. Unfortunately, since the change in management, things went downhill quickly. Don’t move here. Staff is rude and buildings are a mess.
Definitely not worth the price. They will show you the nicest areas, but the rest is damaged, dirty and in disrepair. Carpets are stained, front doors are always broken, elevators regularly break down and aren’t fixed. Homeless people are always loitering around the building and often get in. Lots of things get stolen around here. Cars are regularly broken into. Most of the units are unfilled. People are always clogging up the entrances with cars. I would highly recommend living here. The rental office staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Kayla is amazing!! She went above and beyond to help me with my rental needs. If you’re looking for a safe, affordable, clean and calm place to live then this is the place for you.
