After moving out, they charged us $350 for cleaning the sink and shower, which I found completely unreasonable. The unit was left in good condition. It honestly felt like a rip-off and an attempt to withhold part of the deposit unfairly.

I had a great experience living at Library Lofts. The building is very new and feels modern, clean, and stylish. All of the appliances, including the dishwasher and washer/dryer, are Samsung, which makes the apartment feel very high-end and fancy. The office staff are amazing — always friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond. Communication was smooth and stress-free throughout my stay.
