Water seem to be only just run with electricity available. They don’t have adequate power generator or don’t have it at all to run electric water pump. During the power outage, zero water access happened for more than 12 hours. That means tenants can’t use bathroom / nowhere to go for 12 hours. Unfairly, leasing office and some of the units on the lower units have the ‘privilege’ of water access since the power generator is very limited. It pleases the soul to encounter a property developer/owner/architect that practices honesty and integrity over money. Their use of open spaces and natural light in the construction of this building is commendable. Library Loft is a modern building, with a cozy feeling, it provides amenities for comfort and ease. The apartments are appropriately configured so as to allow ample access to great views and natural light. And yes, it’s called Library Loft because there is a library built into the structure.
