The building is so much nicer than I imagine. It has so much character and charm in it being an old printer building. The location is really a great spot close to train lines, but it is quieter than the tourist areas. It is also very well secure. The property manager, Venessa, has been extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs as I moved halfway across the country. Thank you!
We recently moved into the Library Lofts building and so far everything has been great. The building is always clean, our packages always are in the designated package room, and the location is very convenient. The highlight so far has been our communications with the property manager Venessa. Venessa has always been so kind since we moved in to the building and she is always responsive and helpful. If I ever have a question I know I can send an email and I’m sure to get a quick reply or she is available daily in her office.... read more
I've been living at library lofts for almost 2 years and I've never had a bad day here since moving in! Communal places like the lobby, hallways, rooftop etc are always SO clean and smelling fresh. Getta does a really great job making the place shine! I've had minor maintenance issues that needed attention and Nick is always quick to fix AND communicated to me almost immediately with no disruptions due to the issues in my day! He's always speedy quick to let you back in when you accidently lock yourself out too.. whoops!!! V... read more
Convenient location and well maintained building with friendly staff. However there’s a lot of noise from nearby construction and metra station, sometimes hallway smells funky.
