I had a wonderful experience interacting with Diana during the process of settling my mother into this wonderful Library Lane Senior Residence. Diana is a very responsive, competent, knowledgeable and pleasant woman. She helped me with all the paperwork, interaction with Lake County officials, consulted at all stages. I am very grateful to Diana for her work!
The ladies there are very nice and sweet and the gals that work in the office are super great. I can hardly wait to be able to move in there. I know I’ll be very happy. This place is beautiful.
