Do you not come here attempting to create a home or even an investment. Units are infested with roaches management does nothing about it. Also if you are under the age of 55 you will be harassed about it regardless of this community “not being a 55 and up.” Don’t be fooled by the lake front nothing is regularly cleaned up around here and besides a handful of good people In the building. Majority of the community is filled with cranky folks who are delusional or sue happy please take your money else where!
The condo association board makes me wish I never associated with this building.
