We loved living at this apartment complex. My Wife and I lived here for 2 years. There are few unnecessary amenities (which is nice because it reflects in the price and most people dont use amenities anyway). The place is fairly priced, the units are big and well built (walls are virtually sound proof). Utilities are included in rent which is awesome. The staff is VERY helpful and quick to fix issues. We've been with this apartment management since 2020 and have had a consistently positive experience. The team is professional, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the property is well-kept. No major issues over the years, which says a lot. We'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable place to live in Arlington.

I recently toured a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment at your property, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the experience. The staff member who was sitting by the window side, assisted me was quite unprofessional. Immediately after the tour, she asked for a yes or no answer on the spot, without giving me any time to think or consider my options. I’ve lived here for 4 years and you honestly cannot beat this value anywhere in Ballston. 5 mins from the metro, walkable to many bars and restaurants, extremely well-priced 2 bedroom apartment, rent only increases $100/year, maintenance is extremely responsive, management writes apartment numbers on all of the packages to make it easier to find your shipments, Michelle is cool af, water and utilities are included (say whaaaa!?), management organizes cute functions with food trucks/other vendors, concrete walls keep you from... read more

My significant other and I have lived in Library Courts for the past 4 years. It has been such a delight to live here. There is a lot of green space, the leasing managers/maintenance team are amazing, and the apartments are spacious. The area is located in a great and safe area in Ballston. Thank you for a great 4 years!
