I've been at Library Courts for about a year and a half now have been very happy living here. The amenities are solid (gym and pool) albeit not as flashy, but most importantly the apartments themselves are spacious and the quality is high. The units are pretty soundproof between rooms as I basically never hear my neighbors. You get some road noise (I'm on the corner) or hallway sounds sometimes, but it’s quiet compared to other places I’ve lived. This is literally the best apartment I have ever lived in. Been here over a year and I have no complaints! When we moved in it was so spotless. Maintence is on it and the leasing office is great. We are so blessed to call Library Courts home!
We loved living at this apartment complex. My Wife and I lived here for 2 years. There are few unnecessary amenities (which is nice because it reflects in the price and most people dont use amenities anyway). The place is fairly priced, the units are big and well built (walls are virtually sound proof). Utilities are included in rent which is awesome. The staff is VERY helpful and quick to fix issues. We've been with this apartment management since 2020 and have had a consistently positive experience. The team is professional, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the property is well-kept. No major issues over the years, which says a lot. We'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable place to live in Arlington.
I recently toured a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment at your property, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the experience. The staff member who was sitting by the window side, assisted me was quite unprofessional. Immediately after the tour, she asked for a yes or no answer on the spot, without giving me any time to think or consider my options.
