I accidentally threw away the locking pin on my twist mop and libman offered to send a couple of those to me for free.This is for all customers 🎉 The part does not come in the replacement mop package.

I've been a loyal Libman shopper for decades. Recently I wrote in to inquire about a sneaker brush as the one I got was very stiff and did not work well. They offered up a replacement by UPS and it was perfect for the task. Here's my Libman collection.
