Definitely get a second opinion if you need a big job done. Gave us an estimate on our ram for over 6k and turns out it was something completely different and only costed us just over $700 to fix.
WATCH OUT WITH THIS SHOP! I setup an appointment for a transmission fluid and filter change. As always, I asked the price for the service and I was told the cost would be $269. When I arrived for the job, one of the first things I was asked was if I was aware of the price of this transmission service (RED FLAG!!). I was then informed it would be just under $400 "out the door". Nothing about the job changed and I am very sure of the price I was originally quoted. I left - no work done. I will not do business with an auto shop... read more
