As a mom, I’ve trusted Dr. Bianca with my children’s dental care since I first became a mother and that trust is something I value so much. My oldest, Lucca, has always done amazing with her and genuinely loves going to the dentist. Now, I’m happy to be bringing my youngest, Gio, to her as well! Dr. Bianca was very attentive and took her time to explain and made my kids feel comfortable. The entire team was wonderful, from the front desk and assistants to the doctors. Everyone was kind, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly go over all of the treatment plans with me, even on a busy Friday. I truly appreciated how much care and attention they gave us throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend this team!
**1. Poor communication about insurance and billing** My biggest concern was the lack of transparency regarding insurance and billing. The office is **out-of-network with my insurance**, but this was never clearly communicated to me before the appointment, at the front desk, or before the procedures were performed.
