I purchased a 2020 Navigator Reserve in June. Took it in for its first service appointment earlier this week. Scheduled an in-facility appointment due to living outside of their service area. There were multiple lowlights and one highlight. From the time I drove up, my experience was disappointing. I pulled into the service center. No one guided me in or told me where to go.
