Can’t speak more highly of a practice. Been seeing Dr Behrends for 10 years and she has done a fantastic job working with me to unravel my medical conditions. She’s down to earth and nonjudgmental. I was initially skeptical about the whole process but quickly came to realize the importance of treatment. All of my interactions with the other therapists have been great as well.
I’ve been seeing Katie for two months now and have made significant progress. Katie’s understanding and kindness is amazing. I am thankful that I found her and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking guidance and help.
Went to a handful of therapists, did not like my experiences here. Therapist was not friendly to work with, essentially tried to gaslight me and some of the advice they provided did not seem good esp compared to other therapists.
For the sake of comfort hiding my name since they have your personal information. Went for therapy here a few times and would not recommend. Was not comfortable with the sessions due to variety of reasons (keeping vague since i dont want the therapist to know who i am). There was also misinformation during the session as well.
The Libertyville Counseling Group is such a warm, welcoming/safe environment with a great team of licensed therapist who are passionate and caring about you and who are super flexible for your needs and works around your work schedule too.
