I placed my order in March, and it is now mid-December — the order has still not arrived. Throughout these months, they repeatedly sent me photos of containers “leaving Poland,” but no actual product has ever been delivered. Communication has been incredibly frustrating. Emails go mostly unanswered, and when they do respond, it’s usually by text with yet another photo of a container, instead of real updates or solutions. I recently had Liberty Windoors replace a few windows and two doors in my home, and they were excellent from start to finish. The team was on time, professional, and really careful with their work. Everything came out clean and high-quality, and the difference in insulation was noticeable right away. Their communication was great too by always keeping me updated and answering questions quickly.
