Does not help customers that need assistance on warranted products. Company installed Hunter Douglas Binds in my residence. Hunter Douglas warrants their products for life. However some parts in my blinds malfunctioned and I went to Liberty to seek their assistance to secure the repairs that were warranted by Hunter Douglas. Liberty employee said that they would order the necessary parts. When I would call or stop in to check on the "ordered" parts they would always tell me that the parts had not arrived yet. Liberty Wallcoverings is an excellent company to deal with. They do excellent Installation work, and meet their schedule commitments. They stand behind their products and provide support when circumstances require it.
We had a great experience with Liberty Wallcoverings. We finalized our order with John. He was super helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products. He was honest with what he thought might work best and visited our home with plenty of samples to assist us with the best selections. Will installed our blinds. Like John, very professional. This is a family run business and they take great pride in what they do. I think the prices were competitive and excellent products. I would recommend Liberty to anyone! A gem in HHI!
Staff very friendly and worked with us well. The installation was good. The only problem I had once I saw them was that measurements of length were not good-the blinds needed an extra inch on them. Because of the inaccuracy I had to give them less than a 5.0 rating.
We had a great experience with Liberty. They have an incredible selection to choose from. Their customer service is outstanding. They came quickly and accurately measured for plantation shutters, curtain hardware and shades. When they say they are going to be there at 11:00, you can bet on the fact that they will be there early. When they say the installation will be 45 minutes, it will be 40 minutes. ❤️ Liberty Wallcoverings. Everyone was so helpful and a pleasure to work with. They offered several options to fit my needs. Installation of my Hunter Douglas shades was flawless. An added benefit are the yummy homemade cookies at their showroom.
We had a unique window and weren’t sure what kind of treatment we wanted. John was great! He listened to us and came up with a solution. Prompt and professional service. Highly recommend!
