Does not help customers that need assistance on warranted products. Company installed Hunter Douglas Binds in my residence. Hunter Douglas warrants their products for life. However some parts in my blinds malfunctioned and I went to Liberty to seek their assistance to secure the repairs that were warranted by Hunter Douglas. Liberty employee said that they would order the necessary parts. When I would call or stop in to check on the "ordered" parts they would always tell me that the parts had not arrived yet. Staff very friendly and worked with us well. The installation was good. The only problem I had once I saw them was that measurements of length were not good-the blinds needed an extra inch on them. Because of the inaccuracy I had to give them less than a 5.0 rating.
