Excellent staff. My grandmother has exceptional care! Would recommend!
Knowing my Mom is being well cared for at Liberty Village has made us feel more secure about her recovery. The CNA’s are compassionate and understand the elderly. The LPN’s & RN’s are on top of their medications. The facility is exceptionally clean. There are activities for the residents and someone is available for financial counseling. Hospice is available and always acts in a kind manor. Poor communication during this difficult time, marketing person spoke very rudely to me and would be give me timeframe on when I could see my loved one and hung up on me when I wasn’t done asking questions. Thank you nurse on floor for helping me
