Junk mobile homes that are over-priced. (50-100k) sitting on 2 small strips of grass. For the price of the mobile homes you are better off using that kind of money towards a house. Roaches and mice, you can be sure of. Too controlling for a trailer park.
I've searched for MONTHS in the general area for a place that can just be up front about total move in costs. I came across a couple of listings online for this place & took a look. Last night, Nikki stayed late to ensure that not only our plapplication got in alright, but was able to run our information, get us approved, AND the deposit was paid this morning (I needed the time, not Nikki). Nikki is the best manager! She takes good care of her community and her residents. This is a wonderful place to call home!
Bought our home here 4 months ago now and it’s been great! Love our spot, very quiet street. Nikki the on site manager is terrific!!
