I had deleted a previous review trying to give this place a chance. I do like the fact that it is a little cleaner and newer than other trailer parks. When we first moved in there was a roach problem which they sprayed but kept returning. We eventually got rid of the roaches on our own. To add on first move in I had a smaller breed of dog. Was told it needed to be on leash and I honored that. Since the 2 years we have been there I have seen at least 5 off leashed dogs including the landlord's dog. Junk mobile homes that are over-priced. (50-100k) sitting on 2 small strips of grass. For the price of the mobile homes you are better off using that kind of money towards a house. Roaches and mice, you can be sure of. Too controlling for a trailer park.

I've searched for MONTHS in the general area for a place that can just be up front about total move in costs. I came across a couple of listings online for this place & took a look. Last night, Nikki stayed late to ensure that not only our plapplication got in alright, but was able to run our information, get us approved, AND the deposit was paid this morning (I needed the time, not Nikki).
