From day one it has been a struggle with Liberty Utilities. First they set me up with the wrong meter. I had to call them on three different occasions to get them to change it over because they didn't do it the first time. They eventually gave me a credit for the meter that I was wrongfully paying for. Then I had to call them about another three times to receive my bill because they hadn't sent it even though I was assured by their customer service that I should see it within the week.
