From day one it has been a struggle with Liberty Utilities. First they set me up with the wrong meter. I had to call them on three different occasions to get them to change it over because they didn't do it the first time. They eventually gave me a credit for the meter that I was wrongfully paying for. Then I had to call them about another three times to receive my bill because they hadn't sent it even though I was assured by their customer service that I should see it within the week. Doubled our rates randomly. Absolute dirtbag organization.
I've rented in many places in my life. This is the first time I've struggled to have service switched into my name. After jumping through some hoops eventually I was assured that I was good to go. 2 months later I still didn't have a bill. I was issued a disconnect notice at 12:00 and my power was off at 12:05 while I was at work. When I called in I was told I still wasn't even a customer and would have to pay the entirety of the previous tenants bills (she hadn't paid for most of the year) if I wanted service restored that ... read more
set up auto pay on 7/3/24, does not bill me, I get a $60 return billing charge on 7/17/24 because they still had my old bank on file when i deleted it...... and now I have a $200 bill. Make your website work!!!
