So much bad feedback on here... I think it's important to share the positives as well. I've been a Liberty customer for 5+ years and have not been disappointed by their service. Today, I called them at 4:30 to inform them there were tree branches that were contacting my service lines. No sparking, no apparent danger, just something that might need to be addressed. Price gouging for sure! I'm a 50 year old man who has never been late on a utility payment in my entire life and they charge me a $265 dollar deposit. First time that has ever happened to me. I would avoid Liberty if possible, all they care about is money and I can promise you, they don't care about you. Find another company! Good luck!

I refused to rent an uninhabitable apartment, called them to reverse my service request immediately, and was assured there would be no charges. Two days later, got a call from Liberty and the informed me that they would STILL charge me for set up (the electricity was already on) and the week it took for them to go back and read the meter again. I wish I could give them zero stars.
