Came home from a 3 day work trip to a water leak between street and house. It’s more than a pain to actually talk to someone who handles their emergencies. 3 phone numbers later and a wait time “your call is important to us…”. Don’t expect to have an emergency of yours to be answered by Liberty in short fashion.

Horrible customer service. I’ve tried paying my bill 5 times and they’ve sent out 0 notice and shut my water off. Finally got through to somebody to pay the bill and they can’t reconnect my water or give me an ETA for water reconnection. I have a 4 month old and work from home and now have no water. Not helpful they don’t accept payments after 4:30 and their automated system never accepts the correct bank account information even if I type it in correctly. Such a pain. When initially setting up my service, the customer service rep set up for the incorrect address. Have spent TWO years trying to get this fixed. Have never received a bill but have called MANY times over the last two years to get this straightened out. I told them I was concerned of receiving a large bill one day to which they assured me would absolutely not happen. Just received an automated phone call regarding my past due balance of $850.
