Worst review I can give a company. I don't mind paying what I owe, but to go almost 2 years after reaching out to them before I start receiving invoices? And they think they're doing me a favor by not back billing me for that time? Who is in charge of this? Who can we talk to, to get this company organized? My guess is, never going to happen. Worst utility company ever. Just arrived home with my family after a 2 week trip . I have a 88 year old mom living with us and was red tagged without notice that they had shut down the sewer line. It appears they purchased Cave Creek Utility Company in January. They have no email address or phone number to let us know that our payment were not accepted. Came home from a 3 day work trip to a water leak between street and house. It’s more than a pain to actually talk to someone who handles their emergencies. 3 phone numbers later and a wait time “your call is important to us…”. Don’t expect to have an emergency of yours to be answered by Liberty in short fashion.
