I brought my young child in after a very frightening incident where I was concerned he may have inhaled water. As a parent, I was extremely worried and needed him to be evaluated right away. Unfortunately, my experience at this urgent care was very disappointing. The staff took a long time to bring us back despite my concerns, and I felt that no one acknowledged how worried I was about my child.
