Having pain in my knee, my family Doctor felt it was Arthritis, gave me a script for pain and one for x-rays to confirm. I contacted Liberty to be sure they did the x-rays. That afternoon I went to the facility, paid my co-pay and was given paperwork to fill out. I completed it and after waiting 10 minutes or so was given more paperwork.
