Never again will we use this agency our trip was a total disaster. Lousy accommodations, food and service. We will NEVER return to the Dominican Republic Punta Cana. We feel we were screwed royally. Recommended highly by this Liberty agent we went to the "The Club at Grand Paradise Bavaro". What a joke! There were 15 relatives in our party at this dump. Liberty Travel I have booked several trips with Liberty Travel and been very satisfied. Aubrey is the travel agent who assisted me (and has helped my sister with MANY trips). She is very helpful, while still being reasonable (she understands budgets and doesn't push you to go with something more expensive). She thinks of all the little details that can make or break a trip. The other agents were equally as helpful when she wasn't available.
Fun and easy! Great Deals! Hey I was sceptical when I walked in the door too...a little room full of brochures to look at and 5-6 desks with women chatting and staring at the screens...the phones were constantly ringing and questions constantly answered. Excellent and cost saving service! My husband and I used Liberty travel for our honeymoon and was surprised with the service that we recieved. They worked with us to find the best place for us to go with our budget and our expectations. We also got the cheapest quote through liberty travel, even cheaper than the online travel agents. Also, with the trip insurance you can't afford not to go to liberty travel!!
