I live in PA and was matched with Lisa from Liberty Travel in CT. She planned my anniversary/vaca to Costa Rica. As we arrive.to the airport our flight was delayed and we missed our connecting flight to Miami. Lisa was on vacation but still took care of us via email and Stephanie took over.
