Met with an agent who had come recommended to plan a family vacation to London. She gave me some books, asked me to send her dates and pick a hotel and any tours. I did all she asked, emailed the information to her. When I didn’t hear back after several days I called. She reviewed email with me on the phone, wanted to meet again and said she would call me back to set up an appointment. I never heard from her again. My wife and I are incredibly, over the top happy with EVERYTHING she did for us and made our cruise booking experience absolutely perfect. As a businessman, customer service is of the utmost importance to me as well as our company leadership. Mollie checks all boxes and then adds more. Our group felt like our travel agent didn't offer us any information about our cruise. She didn't seem to know much about the cruise we chose and a lot of other people who went through other travel agencies that we on our cruise received a gift of either a wine in their room or even a thank you note from the travel agency they booked through. We were just disappointed not to get anything from Liberty......nothing !!! Sorry your loss Liberty. Our group just booked another cruise and it definitely was not with you guys !
