Once again Beth Ann comes through for me. I tell her my ideas for a vacation and together we craft the trip. Could not have done it without her.
I was told several times over and over a certain vacation room I wanted was a certain price. After waiting all day long for the quote I was told that there was miscommunication and the agent changed the price and added 400 dollars. There was no miscommunication on my part because i wrote all the details in an email over and over again. Very bad customer service and no apology. Such a shame. I went with another liberty travel agent at a different location.
The first trip was good. It took a while to get the information and from initial contact to final commitment took a while but it was fine. The second trip planning was bad. I had several agents and it took an act of god to get information. Third time, I give up. I don't know if it's normal to wait 3 weeks to start receiving information like flights to pick and hotels to stay at, but it seems excessive to me. :-(
Very nice atmosphere excellent service for what I needed.
