Our group felt like our travel agent didn't offer us any information about our cruise. She didn't seem to know much about the cruise we chose and a lot of other people who went through other travel agencies that we on our cruise received a gift of either a wine in their room or even a thank you note from the travel agency they booked through. We were just disappointed not to get anything from Liberty......nothing !!! Sorry your loss Liberty. Our group just booked another cruise and it definitely was not with you guys !
