DO NOT USE. if i could give negative stars i would. this is a total scam company. placed an order over the phone, was NOT informed of the additional charges that would be placed, told the total would be 308 and they took our money no problem. THEN we get a text that they will also be charging an additional .15 cents per pound with a 2 ton minimum, extra 300 to 600 dollars we were NOT told about. Complete rip-off agency, probably a call service. They did not pick up the dumpster when job was finished and charged full price for the extra 4 days before their driver came out. They also charged for every pound instead of having a weight limit included into the rental, as is standard practice. The load wasn’t even full. Finally, the dumpster they used was junk. My husband I removed 5 bougainvillea bushes in our back yard and they sat on the side yard because they were too large and would require us cutting them down to sticks. Finally we decided to just order a dumpster since the city wouldn’t pick them up do to their width and height. After explaining to them what we would be putting into the dumpster they recommended a dumpster at $250 with 15 cents per pound. Which we agreed to. Bad experience. Received defective dumpster with doors welded shut. Had to lift everything over the side. Tried calling Liberty, no response after 1 hour on hold. They where 2 weeks late picking up the dumpster, and when they did, they removed a dozen bags from the load and threw them on the street. Tried calling a second time, same result, 1 hour on hold.
