I went there after 4 o'clock I guess all the staff that knows what's going on, on the floor had left for the day. I guess you will be fine from 8 to 4 after that if you need actual help with things you are on your own.
I've been a customer and "member" for many years, and receive monthly coupons for a discount if I make a $35+ purchase of regularly priced items. Now the unwritten "fine print" is that even if the total purchase of non-sale items is over $35, if any part of the total purchase includes a sale item, then the coupon will not be honored. Also, the store is hiding the fact that something is on sale, so my purchase of $50 was invalidated because something was 50 cents, yes, 50 cents off the purchase of two $1O items.
