I went to Liberty Title to transfer a house in a divorce. Joann was the employee in charge of the closing. On June 5th, I signed the quitclaim deed, loan assumption, and security instrument. On June 8th, I was told I needed to come back to sign additional documents by the next day. On 6/9, I was asked to sign a mortgage and riders, where I was incorrectly listed as a borrower.
