Don’t do it. I had a horrible experience. Pick someone else. At signing, the documents Liberty prepared were incorrect. The sellers walked out as a result. Rescheduled for the following week and guess what? Documents were wrong again. They are awful. You can do better.
I have been working with this company for a few years. Everything was going well until recently I had to wait a long time(10 days) for a response to my emails from a manager (Carol Brown) at Baltimore County Md office! I sent her emails for 10 days to ask her a simple question, which was,"When did you file my closing documents with the court?" She never answered my emails. I knew something is wrong.
