Marilyn is the best. I was closing on a property that had it's fair share of paperwork issues due in part to the buyer having many unmet financial obligations. I raise me hat to her. I didn't the sale would actually ever get the clear to close. They did it and two weeks earlier than our deadline.
If you see that Liberty Title and Escrow is doing your closing, run away as fast as you can. They lost our wired earnest money, did not know process needed to close in Florida, closing delayed by two weeks due to failure to order survey, took a month to track wire deposit after tracking data provided, sent wrong commission amount to realtor, and failed to return calls when promised. Poorest customer service of any company. Total lack of leadership in this company.
