If you took reefer load to deliver here CANCEL IT. Check in 8 am now it is 4 pm still no door and a lot of trucks.. They are unloading directly to ship. If there is no ship you need to wait when it will arrive. If bad weather they will not unload. AVOID this place.

PICKING UP A 40.000lbs COIL , THEY MADE YOU MOVE WITHOUT CHAINS , I KNOW THEY WANT TO LOAD FAST THE TRUCK BUT SAFETY FIRST, THEY LOAD YOU SUICIDE COIL STYLE AND YOU HAVE GO USE A RAMP FOR COMING DOWN THAT S NOT SAFETY, AT LEAST LEAVE THE DRIVERS PUT 2- 3 CHAINS FOR SAFETY. SAFETY FIRST

first time getting loaded here it was really quick to get loaded I got here around 8am and left around 8:40am..got 5 skid coils and make my delivery in north caroline at 3pm...Everyone was very helpful and friendly..just need to get that number starts I think SK...to get here after you checked with port authority then turn left checked in by the scale..

Getting here was tricky for me. I followed my QC and it took through downtown. Super glad I came early and got through without any problems. Was the first truck here, park in dirt lot so others can line up behind you. Can check in with guard, escort will come and get you and show you the way. Pretty simple, back to a ramp with plenty of room to get setup. They unload you pretty fast and get you on your way.

Very slow to load , 3 hours in and out for 4 crates .No room to park. Tight everywhere.
