This place is tacky! I went to liberty taxes to get prior years 2015&2016 done. The women Dr Williams who prepared my taxes didn’t explain clearly that my 2016 return will take additional time because it’s a prior year tax. She explained to me that 2016 would be e-filed and can expect the refund in a couple weeks2-3 is exactly what I was quoted . I was under the impression 2016 would be treated like the current year .. because we can E-File it. In addition, I file my taxes over a month ago ... to get a cal from a rep at libe... read more
