I came in very optimistic about Bixby liberty tax because I personally knew Tammi through mutual friends. However, I have had such a horrible experience that I have to share to hopefully save people for having to go through what I went through. First of all- when I went in and filed my taxes with them it was quick, everything seemed great. However they promised 50 dollars cash with filing which they stated they didn't have at the time- and that I would receive it when they went to the bank for change.... DO NOT use this place. Tammi talks a big game like she knows what she's doing and clearly she does not! You walk out feeling good about you taxes and then BAM! The IRS os looking for $$$$$ from you because Tammi screwed up!!! DO NOT USE LIBRRTY TAX in Bixby!!!
