I highly recommend Liberty Tax, Kryssi is an EXCELLENT person and has a wonderfool people! a few years ago I was audit by the IRS, she help me throughout the whole process from sending letters to the IRS making phone calls etc, etc. after the audit was done I ended up with a big reimbursement from the IRS Thanks to Kryssi! I highly recommend Liberty Tax!

I have been a customer since 2013 and unfortunately live outside of the United States currently. I needed to file my 2019 tax return in order to receive the stimulus money and Liberty took care of my situation. in this time of crisis and being stuck overseas this was absolutely amazing. Kryssi is EXCEPTIONAL and has the best work ethic, customer support and follow through I’ve seen in such a long time. I needed additional assistance with IRS 1099 concerns throughout the year and she was responsive and always there to help me understand the correspondence and respond to it at no additional cost.
