Contrary to the previous reviewer, this office wasn't even open in 2008. I have been a client since they opened in 2010. No worries. Extra special customer service!
I would not recommend this business. I was promised a service that they did not provide. I was told to come get my refund check the next day at 9am, and no check was there, then I was told it would be two weeks to get my check. If I had known the details of their services, I would have filed my taxes myself rather than let them do it and promise my next day money. It would have cost me nothing had I known. I will use H and R block as I have done in the past next year.
