My wife and I have used Liberty Tax Service for the past several years and I have to admit typically I would give at least four stars to them if not five, but the service this year has been very poor. We first went to do our taxes after looking online to see that Liberty would be open until 9PM. When we arrived the sign outside showed that the Liberty would only be open until 7PM, which of course was the time we showed up.
