I love having them do my taxes they are always professional and are willing to sit with me until i understand everything and i really appreciate that
They don't want to pay me the send a friend bonus. Because my friend was not happy with the amount they we're charging and she told them to just give her w 2 back.... They went ahead and did her taxes for free but don't want to pay me.... How is that my promble?
