I had an appointment and I drove an hour and took off work and no one showed up!!
I paid to get my taxes completed today, then was told I had to wait 5 days to have it electronically filed because they close at 3pm and it was 2:45, plus the documents were not sent to me to sign until 3:15 pm. I was told they work limited hours and they had no idea who was working the next day or if my taxes would be uploaded then. But I was assured my taxes would be filed on Monday, 5 days later. I'm not happy...
Kellia was my tax preparer and she was so sweet and very knowledgeable this was my first year using liberty tax and she made sure it wouldn’t be last!
