We filed our 2024 taxes with the one on Jordan Lane. We kept calling leave messages after messages. Nobody ever returned our call. I left a new phone number for them. The lady even took my phone number still have not received anything still have not received a call back. We have not heard anything about our 2025 either and here it is May and nobody answers the phone. Wonderful and friendly customer service. Tax Professional Kiarra Lewis went above and beyond to help me get a larger state refund! Though I didn't want to hear it, she helped me understand why I had to pay federal taxes this year and gave me VERY helpful suggestions for steps to take this year to reduce or eliminate taxes owed for next year.
