Five stars for the exceptional service at Liberty Tax! This was my first time visiting Liberty Tax and Crystal was amazing, incredibly kind and very patient. She took her time in explaining and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. Crystal’s service was outstanding and I really appreciate her help!!!
We won’t be back at that rate ever again. We owed them more than what we owed the IRS. They should’ve honored the educator price. They made a buck & lost a customer. Their choice.
