The office manager, I’d have to say she’s pretty knowledgeable and she’s always on top of everything. Any question I have she’s always answering it. She’s even checking my return at least three times to make sure she didn’t miss anything and she’s not afraid to ask a question if she’s unsure or just wants to double check as far as getting you the best refund so I definitely have five star highly recommend go book with Crystal.
