I have been with liberty taxes for about over 12 years and always helpful when completing my taxes.
I have had a very stressful experience with Liberty Tax. When I first met with the preparer, I explained my situation in detail, including a period of unemployment. Despite this, my initial return was calculated wrong, showing I owed a huge amount and was even taxed twice. I pointed it out, but was dismissed and recommended to go to some weird third company for a loan or something... I guess they get kickbacks... Only later did they admit the mistake and revise it. Iris was awesome extremely professional great with her job very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the service. She takes her time and does things right she explains everything. She’s just made it. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had doing taxes ever.
