If I could give this woman negative stars, I would. She took possession of our tax records months ago and told us it would be "a couple of weeks." She has since completely stopped communicating with us and will not return our tax records. Taxes were never filed and we are stuck. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, the AZ DOR, AG office and next is the IRS and Phoenix PD. Beware.

I scheduled an appointment early in the morning, but had trouble finding the place, which was not very well marked. I walked inside to find one person inside and was told they had the tax person out of the office. The next available time was 6-7 hours later. What is upsetting is that I would even schedule an appointment at all. and or even come in as a walk-in. I've been going to Liberty Tax for years, but I will gladly drive 30 mins more just to not have a chance of this experience again.
