If there was a ZERO-star available, I would have given them. I am not sure how they survived as a tax preparation office went to get my taxes done today 04/13/26 I had simple W2, 1099A some W2G they were unable to figure it out, I was helping them how the W2G income and loss is calculated the main one was they did not count converted my traditional 401k to Roth 401k as income instead the just counted as a rollover they stated my refund was about $3700.00. after explaining them how it needs to be calculated, they called so ca... read more
