I had an amazing experience with Liberty Tax. Nicole was my representative and she did an amazing job explaining everything and really made the experience enjoyable.
Very friendly, serious, hardworking team of tax preparers. I paid more than other years for the preparation- but what hasn’t gone up in cost.
Nicole and I really put some effort into my return this year. She and the manager, both working non stop on a hot day in SoCal, took my paperwork and completed this year’s IRS forms in a little over two hours. I had spent considerable time the day before, going through receipts and bank records compiling a pretty accurate record. Not the most luxurious office, but the people are really nice.
