When you get your taxes done, they answer the phone every time it rings, which was annoying and rude. I filed my taxes in February and all I did was give them my paperwork. There was a $400 error on a tax return which appeared to be simplistic. They charged me around $350. I will not come back. It is May, and I still have not received my tax return, but it is on the way.
