Tax prep was very nice and helpful. But as a company you should go elsewhere to have your taxes done. I feel ripped off. Jackson Hewitt charges a flat feee of 179. These guys told me one price and then there were extra charges applied behind the scenes. Too expensive and I will not get my taxes done here ever again. Nice tax prep lady and very professional that’s the only compliment I have. Other than that, i feel ripped off completely. Won’t be returning ever!
Cynthia is an amazing tax preparer. Always professional and a great attitude. Very knowledgeable and if she is not sure she won't guess, but will research and respond in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!
