I have been using this office for my tax needs for 15+ years. This pains me to say that the service here has diminished in the last few years. But this year, NO! Go elsewhere! Ownership of incompetent failure to properly enter my checking account information, has put my return on hold. It is now being snail mailed!!! Not a happy customer!!!!
Went in their for my 2023 taxes and me and my wife are military, she isn't utah state applicable to pay taxes, I was, they combined her income with mine and we had to pay the state her portion of taxes as well as they screwed up my federal amount I owe as well, I payed the amount they told me to the federal government and it was still not enough apparently so now I'm paying penalties and some interest thanks to these incompetent morons,IF YOUR MILITARY STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THE PEOPLE , THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY STATE TAXES A... read more
