Kimberly is great! So this review has nothing to do with her. However, the woman sitting across from Kimberly named Ravin appears to need more training and motivation to actually do her job since she wants to interfere with what Kimberly is doing. I was told if I referred someone I'd be getting $50 in cash in hand. I had my referral cancel their appointment that was already set up with another business just to come here. It was good when we got the taxes done but I did not find out for 12 days that even though I was told that I could use my bank debit card that the branch could not make payments that way. No one contacted me and I had to take time off work to find out you would not do anything except give me a phone number to call so that I could get my taxes paid. Not very professional
Raven did an amazing job at helping me with my taxes. She made the whole experience extremely less stressful.
