Kimberly has been absolutely terrific. She is very knowledgeable we had a complicated tax problem and she worked her behind off to help us through the crisis I'll never be able to tell her thank you enough she is an exceptional employee and so knowledgeable. I highly recommend Kimberly at Liberty Tax. She is so smart and let us through all the complicated steps that we'd have to take to clear this up. She deserves a raise. Okay now what do you want

We've always gone to Liberty Tax to get our taxes done and they've always done a great job this year was a little different Kimberly did our taxes what an amazing employee that you have she went far and above her job to make sure that we were well taken care of we felt like she actually cared about us. Do what you need to do to keep her around!

My husband died and this was my first year filing by myself. Kimberly R. was really patient helping me with my IRS bill and UT state bill, and resolving loose ends. She called each agency to verify the fees and got everything that needed to be paid. She was outstanding and very knowledgeable!! I appreciate her making me feel at ease and was very thorough. It was a lot of work but she got it done!! Thank you Kimberly R. You better be here next year! I’m going to come see you!
