This place incorrectly filed my 2020 returns which was flagged for fraud. They tried to fix it a year later but that also failed. It’s May 2023 and I am still fighting with the IRS to untangle the mess this place created and Liberty Tax has been no help. I would run as fast as you can away from this establishment.

Tabi attempted to do my taxes. I showed up for three appointments one of which the person was a no show due to having a baby my second appointment was a no show due to her having to pick up her daughter from school due to an early release and the third appointment was a no show without an excuse! I dropped off my taxes at the beginning of March. No one contacted me until April 9 while I was on vacation to tell me I needed more info for filing my daughter as a dependent. My entire experience was outstanding. From calling the call center and receiving the support I needed, to being linked to a local office, and having an immediate appointment was excellent in itself but then I was able to go in have all of my documents reviewed before making the decision to use Liberty for my personal & business needs. Thank you Library Tax for your wonderful hospitality.
